Overview

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to lead a new-build construction project in Bradford. This is a site-based, permanent position requiring a strong background in Design & Build (D&B) delivery, with responsibility for managing both the construction and design coordination aspects of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the lead (Number 1) Project Manager on site.
• Drive and manage the design process, ensuring coordination between architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations across the full project lifecycle.
• Manage financial variations, budgets, and cost control.
• Coordinate multiple subcontractors involved in complex design elements.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve design and build challenges.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
