You will operate with confidence across surveys, scoping, procurement, financial management and handover, while maintaining robust governance and documentation throughout.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Mechanical, Electrical and Building Fabric projects across the Prospect Park Hospital site. Manage full project lifecycle including surveys, scoping, procurement, cost plans, delivery, handover and warranty. Maintain compliance with statutory requirements, ISS procedures, and NHS HTMs. Manage project financials, budgets, risks, schedules, reporting and P&L.
