**_Job Description:_**

+ _Plans and manages projects under the direction of the Program Manager._
+ _Coordinates and prepares proposals in response to Client Requests for Proposal for projects._
+ _Along with Program Manager, coordinates project negotiation and acquisition with Client. Internally coordinates project set up and team coordination for each project._
+ _Coordinates the project and individual project’s work on project scope, schedule and budget._
+ _Coordinates project execution with discipline managers to properly staff project based on project scope and team members’ skill set. Coordinates with project execution team including sub-contractors and consultants to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality control process._
+ _Maintains and monitors communications with Client project manager(s) to ensure project deliverables are provided based on project scope and schedule._
