Responsibilities

+ Lead the planning, execution, governance, and delivery management of large-scale Salesforce CRM system integration projects for NYS Office of Information Technology Services.

+ Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, business analysts, and data engineers to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.

+ Serve as the primary liaison to NYS ITS stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

+ Oversee Agile/Waterfall methodologies, SDLC processes, and manage vendor deliverables, testing cycles, and production deployments.
