Schedule Development: Prepare detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 , MS Project , or similar software.
Progress Monitoring: Track project performance, identify variances, and update schedules accordingly.
Critical Path & Delay Analysis: Analyze the impact of changes or delays and propose mitigation strategies.
Reporting: Generate weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules for management and stakeholders.
Coordination: Work closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather input and align schedules.
