Responsibilities

• Manage overall ACMV project execution from commencement to completion.
• Plan project schedule, manpower, procurement, and site activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and cost control.
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical/site issues.
• Ensure works are carried out according to drawings and specifications.
• Oversee testing & commissioning and project handover.
• Prepare project reports, claims, and variation orders.
• Lead and supervise project engineers and site supervisors.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in ACMV project management.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge in ACMV installation, testing & commissioning.
