A healthcare end client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a national build program focused on new locations. This role manages tenant fit‑out and retrofit commercial construction projects from design through close‑out, overseeing approximately 10–15 projects at a time. Projects are comparable to retail or med‑spa buildouts—constructing rooms and spaces “out of the box” with no lab equipment, no specialized medical installs, and no healthcare‑specific experience required. The Project Manager will work closely with architects, contractors, and fixture vendors, manage budgets and schedules, handle project expenses, and maintain documentation within Smartsheets. This individual must be able to plug into an established program team quickly, collaborate with a program lead and coordinator, and operate independently across multiple markets.
