Serve as the primary point of contact for Japan-based clients, building strong, long-term relationships and managing day-to-day interactions, queries, and expectations.

Translate client requirements into clear technical inputs for internal teams, and communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes back to clients in a structured and effective manner.
