Working Hours - Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
- Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Job Responsibilities Administrative & Secretariat Support - Provide comprehensive administrative and secretariat support to project teams and governance committees.
- Prepare, collate, and maintain meeting materials, minutes, action logs, and documentation.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and reviews with multiple internal stakeholders.
Project & Operations Coordination - Support project tracking by updating progress logs, timelines, and trackers.
- Assist with coordination between internal teams and external vendors.
- Maintain organised filing systems and documentation for audit and reference purposes.
