Lease Optimization/ROFR Project Manager



As part of a CENRE- Lease Optimization Team aimed towards optimizing the lease portfolio, this position is responsible for the providing leadership and support to Vendor(s) that renegotiate business terms with landlords and execute ROFR s on *** s behalf. Core responsibilities include reviewing lease terms that are submitted, overseeing the preparation of lease documentation for signature routing, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. The project manager will be expected to handle a high-volume of lease renegotiations in an effective manner and function as part of a high functioning team, working cross organizational to ensure goals and objectives are met in alignment with established operating and savings targets.
