Plan, monitor and control project deliverables, milestones and KPIs, mantaining and structured project communication and stakeholder management
Support and coordinate project team meetings, project boards, workshops and steering committees
Perform project controlling activities, including financial reporting and actively manage RAID topics (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Decisions)
Define, maintain and continuously improve project management methods, standards, documentation and templates
Collaborate in the harmonisation, optimisation and innovation of project management processes and support the onboarding of new employees into the division’s project environment
Capture lessons learned and proactively propose improvements
