About the Role
PMO Coordinator / Analyst (Execution & Administration) focuses on data collection, administrative support, and tracking.
Responsibilities
- Track project deliverables, milestones, and timelines using tracking software.
- Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders.
- Administer project documentation, templates, and reporting dashboards.
- Governance & Standards: Methodology design (Agile/Waterfall), project lifecycle gating, and compliance audits.
- Financial Controls: Planned vs. Actual analysis, forecasting, variance tracking, and margin defense.
- Resource Optimization: Capacity planning, supply/demand balancing, and cross-project allocations.
- Risk Mitigation: Program-level RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and RACI matrices.
- Tools & Analytics: Power BI, Jira, SharePoint, Advanced Microsoft Excel, and Confluence.
