Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Management & Internal Communications Specialist to support the Chief Data Officer’s Office (CDOO), Planning & Integration team.
This role combines project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and internal communications, supporting key data initiatives and organisational engagement efforts.
Key Responsibilities - Manage and support projects end-to-end, including tracking deliverables, timelines, and ensuring alignment with requirements
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to monitor progress, facilitate communication, and ensure timely updates on key milestones
- Prepare proposals, presentation decks, and supporting materials to support discussions and decision‑making
- Develop engaging internal communication materials (e.g. EDMs, newsletters, memos) with clear messaging and strong visual design
