Support Project Managers in the planning and execution of system integration projectsAssist with project scheduling, tracking milestones, and maintaining project plansCoordinate with internal teams (engineering, sales, finance, operations) to ensure alignmentPrepare project documentation, reports, and status updatesTrack project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate where requiredAssist in managing project budgets, purchase orders, and invoicing processesSupport customer communication and ensure timely follow-upsMaintain accurate records in project management tools and systemsParticipate in project meetings and capture key actions and decisionsLearning Outcomes
