Job Description
- Support day-to-day operational and project-related activities for upcoming product launches and enhancements
- Assist in the development and updating of FAQ and Customer Service (CS) materials, including copywriting and translations
- Coordinate the collection of user feedback through surveys and user interviews, and consolidate insights for the team
- Support market research and competitor analysis to track industry trends and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and customer service
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelorβs degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and coordination abilities
