  Responsibilities:
Roll-out and improve our teachers’ mass recruitment product (GEM)

+ Drive continuous improvements to the recruitment workflow, reducing execution time and enhancing user experience

+ Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Product, Development, candidates, reviewers, and interviewers

+ Analyze recruitment data and candidate feedback to identify bottlenecks and inform strategic recommendations

+ Design and implement communication strategies to engage partner schools and maintain relationships with shortlisted candidates
