Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) Certificate / Certificate in vocational /technical training in any discipline or equivalent.
Minimum 6 years of working experience as Senior Operation Technician and/or Construction/Maintenance Supervisor or similar supervisory level.
Minimum 10 years of working experience in oil and gas industry.
Shall have experience in managing and ensuring Permit to Work (PTW/e-PTW) compliance, which include driving safety rules and policies, exercising and promoting the use of Job Hazard Analysis and implementing accident investigation procedures.
Must have proven track record on Job Hazard Analysis (or equivalent) and Risk Assessment.
Fully competent with Permit to Work (PTW/e-PTW) system and management.
Good knowledge of Site Specific Procedure (SSP), SIMOPS or risk studies (i.e. Quantitative Risk Assessment)
