Technical Duties & Responsibilities – Summary (PIC)

• Plan and execute projects within defined scope, timeline, and specifications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, work sequencing, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate site activities, manpower, materials, and equipment to achieve targets.
• Monitor daily progress and resolve technical and site issues affecting delivery.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective or mitigating actions.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, client requirements, safety rules, and applicable standards.
• Verify that installations and outputs meet required quality levels.
• Coordinate inspections, approvals, and technical clarifications with clients and architects.
• Ensure readiness for turnover and completion of punch list items.
• Consolidate project documentation necessary for handover and close-out.
