Position Overview

Job description:
Location: Mississauga, ON | Reporting to: Director of Applications

The Mission

Direct the full lifecycle of large-scale ERP transformations—from vendor selection and RFP through to post-go-live stability. You will be the primary architect of business process transformation, bridging the gap between legacy workflows and modern SaaS/Cloud environments (Infor LN, Dynamics 365, or IFS).

Core Performance Pillars

1. Strategic Project/Program Leadership
End-to-End Governance: Own the multi-year ERP roadmap, managing scope, multi-million dollar budgets (Burn-down/Earned Value), and resource optimization across Waterfall and Agile workstreams.

Vendor & SI Management: Lead the RFP process and serve as the primary point of contact for external system integrators and software providers.
