Responsible for ensuring high-quality, on-time and scope-compliant delivery of all Implementation projects within the Business Unit.
Ensures transparent communication on status, risks and needed decisions to avoid escalations at an early stage.
Critically reviews logistics concepts, project progress and schedules while actively promoting continuous improvements.
Aligns decisions jointly with the Business Unit whenever topics lie outside the project organization.
Participates in management and steering meetings, conducts project-related site visits, attends customer appointments and supports test phases both on site and in-house.
Requests additional resources from the line-organization and provides structured feedback and improvement impulses.
Measures success through relevant KPIs such as on time delivery, quality and escalation prevention.
