1. Statement of Work (SOW) Management
- Draft and prepare Statements of Work (SOWs) based on project requirements, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and finance teams to gather required inputs for SOW creation.
- Ensure SOWs include accurate cost estimates, billing structures, milestones, and payment terms.
- Track SOW approvals, revisions, and renewals.
- Maintain a centralized repository of all approved SOW documents.
2. Financial & Resource Tracking
- Create and maintain project finance trackers to monitor:
- Budget allocation
- Actual spend vs forecast
- Vendor costs
- Resource utilization
