We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Finance & Billing Associate to support financial operations within the PRASA Capital Improvements Program (CIP). This role requires a strong understanding of accounts payable, labor billing, and financial reporting, along with the ability to communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Process Accounts Payable (AP) transactions, including invoice review, validation, and coordination with vendors and internal teams
