Position Overview
Key Responsibilities - Assist Project Manager in monitoring progress, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate daily site activities and expedite risks/delays promptly
- Prepare site reports, inspection records, and progress updates
- Liaise with clients, landlords, and building management on access/approvals
- Coordinate subcontractors and on-site teams; conduct safety inspections
- Perform quality checks on workmanship and materials
- Assist in procurement, sourcing, and quotation coordination
- Support project handover and ensure all deliverables are met
Requirements - Diploma/Degree: Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Mgt or related
- 1 - 2 years experience in project coordination, interior fit-out, or construction
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of site safety practices
