About the job Project Executive / Assistant Manager (Digital Health & Data)
Responsibilities:
- Serve as point of contact for digital systems enquiries, informatics workflows, and enhancement requests
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and enterprise IT teams on system changes, updates, and workplans
- Support system implementation, user discussions, workflow optimisation, testing, and change management
- Assist in requirements gathering and coordination of digital/informatics solutions
- Provide project coordination support including planning, scheduling, meeting organisation, and tracking of action items
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and documentation (e.g. project plans, risk registers, reports)
