Formative Search is partnering with an international renewable energy company to find a Project Execution Manager for their onshore wind portfolio in Vietnam. This is a senior, hands‑on role covering the full project lifecycle — from late‑stage development through FID, execution, and operational handover — with responsibility spanning project delivery, commercial structuring, stakeholder management, and team development. Strong performers will have a clear path to Project Director or Head of Project Execution.
Key Responsibilities
Full accountability for cost, schedule, quality, and risk across the project lifecycle
Lead all FID-enabling activities — technical design, procurement, permitting, financing, and commercial structuring
Support or lead PPA and key commercial agreement negotiations; oversee land acquisition and permitting
