To assist Project Manager the daily operations of the Installation & Service team by planning and distributing resources effectively to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
To maintain accountability for performance metrics, including monthly revenue, and operational productivity.
To drive continuous improvements to achieve service excellence and business goals.
To oversee and ensure the effective delivery of installation & services to meet customer expectations and company standards.
To assist Assistant Manager or Project Manager to train, and support the installation & service team, including setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.
To manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
To develop and implement processes and procedures to enhance installation & service efficiency and effectiveness.
