To be responsible for the execution of contract progress.
To monitor the installation progress and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure efficient and timely delivery of assignment.
To report and monitor project progress to the Project Manager.
To supervise and ensure works are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
To prepare method statements, shop drawings, installation/T&C check sheets, work progress reports, and other relevant documents for M&E related works with project teams.
To coordinate with subcontractors and consultants on the preparation and submission of shop drawings.
To coordinate/prepare technical submissions with suppliers/subcontractors.
To assist the Project Manager in negotiating/procuring materials, equipment, and labor in accordance with (or below) the allocated approved budget.
