Position Overview
Job Responsibility
- Providing pre and post sales and service support to customers to meet the objectives of the department
- To coordinate the activities of fellow service engineers and technicians with respect to attending service calls and issue resolution
- Systematically troubleshoot and repair of equipment in a timely manner
- Recommend proper usage, maintenance and corrective actions to customers
- Scheduling and performing preventive maintenance for contractual customers
- Support Projects and A&A works as required by the management.
- Ensure proper filing of service, warranty records and installation base
- Train and guide assistant service engineers and technicians on technical issues.
- To be the point of contact for management for updates on issue resolution and team activities coordination
