Project Manager responsible for supervising and coordinating the overall execution of projects assigned to ensure smooth delivery and handover to customers. Duties include meeting clients’ terms of order, ensuring delivery dates, installation quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure project meets internal and client expectations for quality, budget, delivery timelines, and strategy, complying with Workplace Safety Health (WSH) and preventing any Liquidated Damage (LD).
- Co‑ordinate with Sales, Design (Mechanical, Structural, Electrical), Technical (Project, Installation, Production) and Materials departments to ensure effective management and execution of projects.
- Maintain proper execution documentation and filing minutes of meetings to avoid claims and counter‑claims for delays or proof for extension of time.
