Job Description Summary Project Engineer (Retrofit of Energy Consuming Systems in Commercial and Industrial Buildings) and Consultancy
Responsibilities - Coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of project schedules
- Design consultancy and project management for equipment retrofits
- Uphold the safety standards for projects and maintenance according to company requirements or better
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance and overhaul programmes
- Perform data analysis and evaluate equipment performance & system with respect to design intention
- Initiate energy‑saving proposals to optimise equipment operations and control strategies
- Review and recommend equipment retrofits for energy‑efficient replacements
