This position will be responsible for executing all phases of plant projects at industrial gases facilities in the South East Asia region. The role will involve managing internal and external resources to complete a portfolio of projects during the Project Development Engineering stage.

Core Responsibilities

• Marshal internal and external resources to complete portfolio of projects in Project Development Engineering stage
• Develop cost effective project scopes and estimates
• Detail design according to recognized APCI and external standards
• Manage project schedule to meet project timeline
• Monitor and control project costs in SAP project
• Manage project-related permitting with local Authorities
• Manage and document design hazard reviews
