Guide customer’s in process with the role and responsibility to make the journey as smooth as possible, from ordering, design, buy-off, delivery and after sales service.
Use your knowledge and experience to assess what lies ahead at the initial stages of the project & identify the information that you have and that you don’t have, the risks and issues that may emerge during the project and to decide on the best way to proceed.

Responsibilities
Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned projects.
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, conference calls on project related events with team and customer.
Involve in project meeting, project planning and scheduling with internal and external team members.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to BUM and management.
