Qualifications:



Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

2–5+ years of hands-on experience in solar PV system design

Proficient in industry-standard tools such as AutoCAD and energy modeling software

Strong understanding of photovoltaic systems, including components, grid interconnection requirements, and relevant codes (e.g., PEC)

Familiar with utility interconnection processes and permitting requirements

Proven ability to manage project coordination, timelines, and technical documentation

Skilled in interpreting electrical plans, site layouts, and detailed technical specifications

Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail

Highly organized with excellent communication and teamwork abilities
