Position Overview
Permit & NOC Coordination - Prepare and submit applications for permits and NOCs to relevant authorities (e.g. ADM, ADSSC, ADDC, DOT, Civil Defense).
- Track and follow up on submissions to ensure timely approvals.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather required documentation and resolve authority comments.
Construction Engineering Support - Collaborate with site teams to align construction activities with approved permits and authority requirements.
- Provide technical input during the planning and execution phases to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in resolving site issues related to authority inspections or permit conditions.
Documentation & Reporting - Maintain organized records of all permit and NOC applications, approvals and correspondence.
