The Project Engineer organises the planning, implementation, and control of investment projects in the plant, coordinating the plant's project managers.
They will be responsible for managing the initiation and implementation of major CapEx projects assigned by the Plant Manager in agreement with the Head of Project Management and Engineering.
The role entails comprehensive ownership of project initiation, implementation, and oversight, ensuring exceptional standards in line with company guidelines and design criteria.
They work collaboratively with the Plant team, assessing project viability, managing risks, and leveraging technology to innovate and optimise plant processes.
Key Accountabilities
Health and Safety: ensure projects adhere to the highest health and safety targets in line with the company Health and Safety Plan and conduct necessary audits and interviews.
