Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Project scheduling preparation
- Pre-planning and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to the project
- Interpretation of design / shop / working drawings
- Ensure site works installation are accordingly to project plans / designs / time frame
- Daily operations of site works activities and organization of trade cons
- Coordination of the implementation of a project, ensuring it is being built / installed correctly
- Ensure site EHS compliances at work place
- Weekly project status reports / photos
- Reporting site works progress status to Project Manager
- Inspect / verified materials deliveries on site
- Maintain punch list with Main-Con/Consultant/Client
Requirements
- Nitec /Diploma in Building Services or M&E Engineering related works
