Co-ordinate site works, workflows and inspections with main contractors’ site representatives including attending site-co-ordination meetings.
Strong manages a team of supervisors, workers, subcontractors and vendors to execute works within given timeframe.
Strict monitoring work progresses, qualities, productivities and materials usages and ensure those items meet the targeted schedule, qualities, productivities and within quantities.
Enforce and monitor all supervisors, workers and subcontractors abide to safety, health and environment rules and regulations.
Able to resolve site issues with supervisors, main contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, and any related third parties.
Responsible to prepare shop drawings, AS-BUILT” drawings and Materials Bill of Quantities required for the project.
