Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, schedule, and quality standards.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and manage project documentation including shop drawings, RFIs, progress reports, and as‑built records.
- Monitor site progress, quality, cost, and safety compliance, and support project handover and defect rectification.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- At least 3 years of large‑scale building or infrastructure projects experience in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/BIM Software.
