Project Engineer (Electrical)

Location: Ubi | Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 6:15 PM | Salary: Basic Salary up to $5,000 + Bonus | Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Handle projects from tender to execution, coordinating with the sales team.
• Compile and prepare documentation and material submission lists for timely delivery.
• Design and review project drawings and documents, ensuring timely submission to customers.
• Monitor submissions and follow up with customers for timely approvals.
• Prepare purchase requisitions for project materials and coordinate with the purchase team and suppliers.
• Coordinate site activities, including installation, testing, commissioning, and progress reporting, with the construction team.
• Regularly update the project schedule and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for internal and customer reviews.
