Astronics is looking for a driven **Project Engineer** to support complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives while managing timelines, budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You'll bridge design, manufacturing, and customer needs, and assist in making critical decisions that impact product quality and success.

Take charge of engineering programs from start to finish. You'll plan and execute projects, lead technical teams, ensure on-time delivery, manage budgets, and champion designs into high-quality production. You'll collaborate across departments and directly with customers, dive into technical design reviews, oversee component selection and custom fabrication, and document solutions that matter.
