Project Engineer – Concrete & Structural ProjectsPosition Overview
We are seeking a Project Engineer with a strong background in pre-cast and tilt-up concrete construction to support large-scale commercial projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, field-driven environment and wants hands-on exposure to complex structural builds from excavation through shell completion.
Key Responsibilities

+ Support planning and execution of tilt-up and precast concrete structures, including excavation, concrete pours, and shell construction

+ Assist with day-to-day project coordination for large-scale ($50M+) construction projects

+ Track project schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and field documentation

+ Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, inspectors, and design teams

+ Help manage multiple subcontractors and support crews exceeding 50+ craft laborers
