Working Hours Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 6pm

Salary $3200 - $3800
Responsibilities - Coordinate with internal teams, sales personnel, and installation contractors to ensure all project requirements are fulfilled effectively.
- Prepare, review, and submit technical documents and AutoCAD (DWG) drawings in accordance with project submission standards.
- Monitor project schedules, control progress, participate in project meetings, and provide timely updates and reports on overall performance.
- Deliver both pre‑sales and post‑sales technical support, including site visits and communication with consultants and clients.
- Act as a subject matter expert to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to HVLS fans or associated mechanical systems.
