Position Overview
We are looking for a Project Director to lead the construction delivery of a large-scale project in Abu Dhabi.
Qualifications and Experience - Tertiary qualification (University Graduate) in either Project Management, Building Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture or similar plus a minimum of 20 years relevant experience in a project management role
- Extensive experience in the Villa Construction
- Experience in contracting and PMC
- Relevant projects of an appropriate scale (Large Villa community projects)
- United Arab Emirates experience Required
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Project Director role
- Active membership of a relevant professional institution is an additional consideration
