Responsibilities

I. End-to-End Delivery and Contract Fulfillment Management for International Projects

1. End-to-End Delivery: Responsible for full-cycle delivery of international TSI projects (wind, solar, storage) from contract signing to final acceptance and end of warranty period, including EHS, quality, schedule, cost, and scope change management.
2. LTSA Fulfillment: Ensure on-site execution of Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA) overseas, including spare parts, operation & maintenance, and performance guarantees.
3. Project Compliance Oversight: Supervise the contract fulfillment process of overseas projects to ensure compliance with local laws, internal controls, and export regulations; make final judgments on compliance risks in ambiguous areas.
