Project Director – Engineering & Construction

We are looking for an experienced Project Director to lead and oversee construction projects in client site.
The Project Director will be responsible for overall project execution, cost control and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the overall execution of construction projects.
Oversee project stages, timeline, budgeting, costing and resource planning.
Manage stakeholders including clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and main contractors.
Handle business development activities and maintain good client relationships.
Coordinate with subcontractors for M&E works.
Review and understand M&E drawings, technical specifications, and construction plans.
Ensure project compliance with quality, safety and engineering standards.
