Project Overview The Taweelah C Project is a landmark greenfield development in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, representing one of the region's most advanced and efficient combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) power plants. With an installed capacity of approximately 2.6 GW, the project will play a critical role in supporting the UAE's growing electricity demand while delivering high efficiency and lower emissions through state‑of‑the‑art technology. It brings together leading international partners with Al Jomaih Energy and Water Co. Ltd. (AEW), Sembcorp Utilities Pte. Ltd. (Sembcorp) and TAQA acting as the Project Company.
