- Research, manage, and supervise all technical projects within PE department. - Implement improvements and upgrades for production equipment to enhance efficiency. - Execute repairs and upgrades for factory infrastructure; handle Kaizen requests. - Participate in constructing, expanding factory workshops, and installing new production lines. - Other tasks are requested from GM in charge.
