This is an excellent opportunity to work on major infrastructure and energy developments across the GCC, with a strong focus on non-contentious construction and project development matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the drafting and negotiation of EPC contracts, PPAs, and related project documentation
• Supporting developers, sponsors, and lenders on project structuring and delivery
• Assisting with legal due diligence for infrastructure and energy investments
• Advising on risk allocation and contractual frameworks for large-scale projects
