Position Overview
**Summary:**
The Project Coordinator supports Project Management in all aspects of project execution—from bidding and proposal creation to order management, delivery coordination, and on-site support. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES**
**Required:**
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the foodservice industry and/or construction project support
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines
+ Excellent written and verbal business communication skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn industry-specific software (e.g., AutoQuotes, SAP)
+ Ability to independently estimate project proposals
