Position Overview
Responsibilities - Assist managers on managing schedules and the distribution of sales documentation.
- Attend sales queries, prepare and follow up on sales quotations, delivery of products and installation works.
- Coordinate and monitor project activities, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Liaise with internal department stakeholders and externally with architects, designers, lighting consultants, contractors and clients.
- Attend site meetings and ensure timely project completion.
- Prepare lighting proposals.
- Draft lighting plans.
- Involve in lighting design.
- Attend site visits and site surveys.
- Any other ad‑hoc duties and tasks assigned.
- All employees cover for each other in case of leave or sickness.
Requirements - Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2–3 years of related working experience.
